FCA's Lake Michigan Region is proud to announce the Fourth Annual Couples Getaway at the Marriott Oak Brook Resort in Oak Brook IL. This event is designed for coaches, ministry friends and their spouses to spend some well deserved rest and relaxation with other couples from Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan.
Dr. Richard Swenson will be the featured speaker. He is author of six books, including the best-selling MARGIN: Restoring Emotional, Physical, Financial, and Time Reserves to Overloaded Lives and THE OVERLOAD SYNDROME: Learning to Live within Your Limits, both award-winning books.
The Oak Brook Resort is one of the finest resorts in the midwest. It features a championship golf course, Spa, indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor tennis, and luxury room accomodations. The Oak Brook Shopping Center is nearby and downtown Chicago is approximately 30 minutes from the resort.
